You may soon be able to know how long you'll have to wait in an emergency room before you go to the hospital.
St. Joseph’s Healthcare and Hamilton Health Sciences are looking at putting the ER wait times online.
It's currently being done by St. Mary’s General Hospital in Kitchener.
It updates the information every 20 minutes and the site has had more than 63 hundred hits since it was launched April 11th.
St Joe's president Doctor David Higgins calls it a great idea and is interested in bringing it to Hamilton.
