A young boy who was the subject of an Ontario-wide Amber Alert is back with his father in Toronto.Eight-year-old Joshua Low and his mother were located late Saturday night, several hours after the alert was issued.The two had left the family home March 19 after the parents recently separated.Joshua and his mother are described as being in good health. Police say they don't expect that the mother will be charged.
