RCMP are on the hunt for a Calgary man who escaped from prison. Dean Leonard McClelland went missing Thursday night from the minimum-security annex at the Bowden Institution south of Red Deer.
The 46-year-old is serving a three year sentence after he was convicted of torching and destroying his ex-girlfriend's house and vandalizing her friends cars with acid. McClelland is described as 6'2, 150 pounds with blue eyes and red hair. He has tattoos on his hands, arms, legs, back and chest.
