Primeau & Grose: Behind the Scenes

Today is the end of a few things for us.

Anna (AKA Edmonton's worst cook) graduates today. Lesley and I are at NAIT Culinary Boot Camp to sample her lunch and then we're going to hang around until 3 and broadcast live from a back kitchen. I'm not exactly sure why... but I'm sure it will all make sense at 3.

This is Lesley's last day on the show for awhile. Her vacation starts tomorrow. Monday it will be Morley and I and, later in the week, J'Lyn and I.

We're no longer broadcasting to Calgary. I believe QR77 has found a way to dry off their equipment... my guess... lots and lots of Sham wows. I'm going to miss our Calgary listeners... especially the guy who phoned in to tell us he just made 3 dozen banana muffins.

It's also the end of the week and time for me to take a couple of days off. Maybe it was the weather, maybe it was the storm, or maybe I'm just getting old but I'm exhausted. I need to just relax and unwind and get ready to do it all again (sans Primeau) on Monday.
