Primeau & Grose: Behind the Scenes

Yes. I got in today to see Primeau cursing the studio computer and, of course, offered to help. She had been attempting to book a flight but had given up on that and was now attempting to view a site that needed a flash player. As most, if not all of you know, flash is free from Adobe, downloads easily and installs itself. And yet... Primeau has found a way not to have that happen and was now searching our Facebook page to find where the download might have gone. That was so screwed up I didn't even know where to begin. I said look in downloads and got a blank stare. Okay, I thought, I can make this even easier to follow and said "Start by looking in My Computer"and got "Why would it be in your computer?"Okay I'm done.
