Have you seen the show, Undercover Boss? It seems like in every case, the person in the classy office has no clue what the people on the front lines actually do. Along the way, they hear some stories that touch the heart about how people just trying to make a living have challenging situations at home, or get nowhere when they point out deficiencies to the company. I wonder how that show would play out in Brooks, where temporary foreign workers come to a strange land, leaving family behind, to work at a meat plant beset by controversy? Workers say the processing line moves too fast for them to always keep their knives clean. The company brass says the line speed is within regulation.
