Camera Scare

You heard about the United Airlines flight out of New Jersey bound for Switzerland. They were just past Nova Scotia when someone found a camera in a seat pocket. A flight attendant tried to find the owner. When no one claimed it, the pilot changed course and landed in Boston. Imagine all the inconvenience. Travel plans delayed. Maybe connections missed. Turned out the camera belonged to someone from a previous flight who forgot it. I was on a flight back from Grande Prairie for a speaking engagement. I was just about to board when I heard my name on the PA. They needed me back at the desk. I went back through security to find a ticket agent holding up a Blackberry. She told me I had left in on the flight there. I did not own a Blackberry. She said it was in my seat. Back through security again. ...
