It’s Friday, time for your thoughts. About highway 63, Liz writes to say we’ve got lots of money in the Heritage Trust Fund – twin the highway and recover the cost with a toll. But, Judy and Fred say a toll would be a disgrace; the road should have been twinned with royalty money. About the young man refused admission to the U-S because of a marijuana conviction, Bob hopes that also applies to the Vancouver rioters. About waiting for the Supreme Court decision on whether a battered wife can hire a hit man, Robert says that can’t be allowed no matter what the circumstance, but another says it seems sometimes like the courts favor the guilty over the innocent. And about lifting the operator’s licenses of drunk drivers on the spot, Bill wants them locked up until they get to court, so they don’t just drive without a license, ...
