It’s like the windows of heaven are open, pouring us out a wealth of promises we can hardly contain. The candidates are dishing or is that shoveling it out. A billion dollar Heritage Fund – pick us! Review MLA salaries – pick us! More money for teachers – pick us! Higher oil royalties – pick us! We’ll chop MLA salaries, pick us! We’ll tax the rich – pick us! Look what we’ve got - More money for cities. Renovate NAIT? Done. Over here - your MLA not working out – recall. Look at us -we’ll clean up the oil sands. This way for free votes in the leg. Tuition refund over there. Over this way a tax credit for not being a couch potato. What about us - we’ll build clinics from BC to Saskatchewan. Have you heard our song?
