Eileen Bell will pass along her question shortly, but I start with this. Advocates looking for lower residential speed limits have convinced city council to reopen the debate. They are hoping for maybe 30 or 40 kph. Currently if a neighborhood wants 40, 2/3 of the residents of that area must agree. Many on council don’t like the piece meal approach and want one uniform speed limit across all neighborhoods. Are you happy with 50, or in residential areas, should we slow things down?
