I want to get to a couple of questions today, but for a short time, let’s start with this. Ryan Jespersen had Morinville Mayor Lisa Holmes on his show yesterday and they are cutting back on photo radar. She, herself has had four in the last year, not from there, all from either St. Albert or on the Henday. David Staples takes it on in the Journal arguing that in the years since enforcement has been stepped up, there has been no change in the number of accidents. What is it they say about making stats say what you want? A spokesperson from the city countered saying the number of fatalities has decreased. So, what do you think? With well in excess of $40 million coming in annually from this, is it making our streets safer or has it become a cash cow?
