I did get a chance to tour Rogers Place Saturday. Sometimes you hear so much about something that it can be a letdown when you finally experience it. Not this time. For me, it lived up to the hype. However, with this new facility comes change. Quito Maggi conducted a Mainstreet Poll asking people about their concerns. Most had to do with parking, crowds, traffic and inner city housing issues. Now I see a story that those in the 104 street area wonder how all this might affect the culture around that part of town where you find the city market, some great restaurants and street musicians. Maybe very little will change, but it is more likely change will come. Do you have any concerns or will this all work out?
