The Rogers Place Food and Beverage Team have showed off their new dining options for when the new arena opens. You can still get pizza and hamburgers, but general concessions items will also include lamb burgers, butter chicken, and Bratwurst.
Premium items will include beet salad, pork belly mac and cheese, shortribs, and seared scallops.
They’ll also have a wide range of desserts, including warm waffles, deconstructed cheesecake, and caramel corn profiterole.
“From day one we made a commitment to our fans that Rogers Place will deliver an amazing food and beverage experience throughout the facility,” said Susan Darrington, Rogers Place General Manager. “With our partners at Aramark, I’m thrilled to say the Rogers Place Food and Beverage Team has truly delivered on this promise and I can’t wait for our guests to experience our fresh, diverse and locally-inspired food and beverage offerings.”
Rogers Place’s will have 16 permanent concession locations, 16 portable stands, 11 fixed bars, five kitchens and multiple grills, carveries and bistros.
